ICW KINDERGARTEN What do they learn?
Bible- class daily and verses weekly.
They learn the alphabet and their sounds, long and short vowels, phonics blends, and sounding out words; then reading sentences and books.
Numbers - Learning to count by 1's,2's,5's and 10's. doing before and after numbers, adding and subtracting combinations , larger and smaller, poems to help remember math concepts
Writing- forming manuscript letters correctly, then writing sentences.
Science- learn about God's World.
Social Studies- history - Our America
Fine Arts- music class weekly, art projects
They get a good foundation for learning.
